My tablet is dead. As in, dead dead. Went out and bought a cheap Wal-Mart mouse for my laptop because otherwise all I'd have is the touchpad - and let me tell you, the touchpad does not cut it for playing Minecraft. So I have no tablet and no scanner, which is why you have not seen any art from me at all. I've got other expenses that take precedence over a luxury like that at the moment, although I've heard there's a tablet out now that's a great deal cheaper than Wacom products and just as good. Anyone got feedback on tablet brands? I've only used Wacom products, but I've only been through about three tablets total.

Also, anyone use this new-fangled thing called SAI to paint? I've used Photoshop exclusively since I graduated from Corel-whatever-it-was back in 2002.

Also also, if there are Doctor Who fans who read this thing, or Smash fans, please feel free to dogpile me.

And I've gotten back into traditional archery. Ran into some fun people from the local SCA at the range in my city park today, and got some leads on getting the supplies to make/repair my own arrows. Any of you into this too?
